Man oh Manny!

Uhh... awkward absolutely none of the shows, whether or not you were rooting for them, took home the pretty little golden lady.  What happened to Stranger Things and This Is Us and all of the other great shows that were nominated but just didn't reach that finish line? Were they as good as we thought they were? Heck yeah! But according to other people only a few selected from that giant list of shows were deemed worthy (At least in there eyes) to stand up on that stage and give their speech only to get shortly after cut off by music. Okay, This Is Us got a nomination and one Emmy (Hats off to Mr. Sterling K. Brown) but the rest of them had to sit in those fancy red seats. Stranger Things didn't take home an Emmy for a single nomination. Nor did HTGAWM and House of Cards. 

I'm pretty sure we all had the same reaction as Anna Chlumsky when we found out that our favorite show stars didn't win.  Ouch, better luck next time guys.
