Drag The Runway Miss Fame!

Well if there's one thing this collection proved, it's that anything is possible. ANYTHING. It's safe to say that all drag queens have a chance at walking in a fashion show now that Miss Fame has gone through it. Throughout drag herstory, the iconic RuPaul (Rupaul Charles) has continuosly broken barriers in the fashion industry as well as through the hearts of every LGBTQ youth with a makeup kit and a dream. For years, she has been an activist for gay rights, human rights, women's rights and childhood education. BUT she has always had a special place in her heart for little lady girls and little lady boys to work the runway. In 2009, Rupaul Charles launched his hit series "RuPaul's Drag Race" and it has gone strong since then till now. Just before this previous season - which was season 9 where contestant Sasha Velour won - there was season 7 where Miss Fame made her debut on the show. It didn't take long for fans to figure out that she knew how to talk the talk and walk the walk in makeup, hair, costumes, wig making, sewing and many other strengths needed to win. Sadly, the title of America's Next Drag Superstar went to Violet Chachki.

That still didn't hold her fan base from getting bigger and her chances of being discovered. Shortly after the show, she was asked to walk in Mark Fast's September 2017 collection at Fashion Scout. She strutted in a shimmering golden pearl mesh dress in the closing look.

You better work Miss Fame, mama Ru could never be prouder!
