His Career Ended, His Name Tarnished And His Marriage On Bad Terms

Oh Matt, your life has completely gone to chaos and flipped on it's head. This Morning, FASHION4WARD awoke to some freshly brewed tea from Us Weekly that our poor friend Matt is in more hot water - a little too hot for Matt and our comfort. Matt's wife, Annette Roque, has had it! She packed up  her things and walked out the door. "A story published yesterday," Us Weekly states, (That story we don't know) "Claimed that Roque has left the United States with the couples two youngest children, Rony, 14, and Thijs, 11, and has gone back to her native Netherlands to be with family." 

The couple has been together for 19 years. But in all this controversy, there are rumors that Matt's marriage may come to a screeching halt in the near future. Everyone, unless you've been living under a rock, has heard how Matt's been fired from the big T.V network, juggles the continuous allegations and now his partnership in jeopardy. NBC's TODAY Show chairman, Andrew Lack, sent out an email on Wednesday, November 29th, addressing the matter from a colleague about his behavior.

Us Weekly quotes Lacks' email, "While it was the first complaint about his behavior in over 20 years he's been at NBC News, we were also presented with reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident. Our highest priority is to create a workplace environment where everyone feels safe and protected and to ensure that any actions that run counter to our core values are met with consequences, no matter who the offender. We are deeply saddened by this turn of events." 

Oh Matt, when will your series of unfortunate events end? Today? Tomorrow? Next week? Whenever it is we hope it's soon.
